(1) After the indictment is filed against the child, the Juvenile Court or Juvenile Court shall immediately give one copy of such indictment and related written evidence to the child's father, mother or guardian.
(2) If the father, mother or guardian of the child is not found when giving the notice according to sub-rule (1) or if he refuses to understand such notice, such notice shall be provided to the legal practitioner of the child.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), the child's father, mother or guardian can appear before the children's court or children's court and understand such information.
